Moves products, cases and pallets between stations, arranging product separation, diverting and accumulation to the line speed.

Opens folded cases, prepares the bottom flaps and sends them to the product loading station.

Products are placed into cases by a robot or a gantry placement head; the gripper is designed around how the product is handled and the packaging samples.

Closes the flaps of filled cases and seals them with tape or hot glue (hotmelt).

Stacks cases, bags, crates, drums or reels onto the pallet with a product-specific gripper; the pallet pattern is changed in software.

Prepares the pallet for shipment, securing the load with film on turntable or rotary-arm machines.
