Engineering Process

We start with
the flow.

Performance on the factory floor starts with the right questions and a measurable engineering process.

  1. 01

    Analysis

Together, we assess the product, target throughput, existing line and site conditions.

  2. 02

    System Layout & Simulation

We validate station layout, cycle times and access clearances.

  3. 03

    Mechanical & Electrical Design

We engineer the machines, grippers, safety systems, electrical panels and control architecture.

  4. 04

    Manufacturing & Software

We build the system and integrate robot, PLC and HMI software into one coordinated operating sequence.

  5. 05

    FAT & Commissioning

We test line performance, install the system on site and prepare it for production.

  6. 06

    Training & Support

We train your team and provide the support needed to sustain performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Right system.
Right scope.

If your product or production line has unique requirements, speak directly with our engineering team.

What does an end-of-line automation system include?

Depending on project requirements, a single integrated system may include product and case conveyors, case erecting and sealing, robotic or Cartesian palletizing, depalletizing, stretch wrapping, custom grippers, safety systems and PLC–HMI integration.

Can the system be integrated into our existing production line?

Yes. We analyze the existing machine outfeeds, throughput, site dimensions and control infrastructure, then engineer new stations to integrate with the line.

Which products are suitable for robotic palletizing?

Products including cases, bags, sacks, packs, crates, jerry cans and rolls can be palletized automatically using application-specific grippers and pallet patterns.

What information is required for a quotation?

Product and packaging dimensions, line throughput, existing layout, target pallet pattern and any available technical drawings are sufficient for an initial assessment.
